Looking to make your own hot hauce? Head down to the Fulton Stall Market for a hot sauce cooking class with the owner of Pepplish Provisions who will teach the science and art of making hot sauce.
Timothy Fraczak, founder of Pepplish Provisions & Chief Hot Saucier began his company because he always loved spicy food, but could not quite find a sauce he felt lived up to what he wanted. So in 2009 he decided to create his own sauces that would showcase the greatness of both heat and flavor including some fun combinations! Some flavors include Blueberry Basil Shallot, Apple Cilantro Lime, and Peach Agave Garlic.
In the two-hour workshop you will learn the process of making hot sauce including the the components that go into creating your own sauce. During the class you will have the option to use various ingredients and make your own combination that you can take home with you. Once you make your own creation, you will be able to try it out on some yummy food that will be provided. The next class will take place on June 17th, 2020 at the Fulton Street Market.
